As a Customer Success Manager - Operations (m/f/d) at JUNE, you ensure our support runs smoothly, manage renowned clients, and experience the direct results of your work through satisfied partners and efficiently resolved requests.
- End-to-end customer support - via phone, remotely, and on-site - to ensure effective, tailored customer care
- Configuration and ongoing adjustment of the JUNE platform to meet customer requirements
- Creation of individual documents, templates, and standardized customer materials
- Preparation and generation of reports for internal and external use
- Handling administrative tasks within Customer Success (e.g., documentation, customer data maintenance)
- Supporting internal process coordination and cross-functional communication
- Development and facilitation of user training sessions
- Close collaboration with Sales, Product, and Tech teams to continuously optimize the JUNE experience
