Als Revenue Operations Manager verantwortest du die Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unserer Go-To-Market-Prozesse und Systeme. Du stellst sicher, dass Tools, Daten und Prozesse optimal zusammenspielen und schaffst damit die Grundlage für skalierbares Wachstum.
  • End-to-End-Verantwortung für unser CRM (HubSpot): Struktur, Datenqualität, Automatisierungen
  • Optimierung von Prozessen entlang des Revenue Cycles (Lead Management, Pipeline, Renewal, Upsell, Forecasting)
  • Aufbau und Pflege unseres Revenue Tech Stacks inkl. Automatisierungs- und Enrichment-Tools
  • Sicherstellung sauberer Datenflüsse zwischen CRM und Finance (Invoicing, Revenue Recognition, Controlling)
  • Verantwortung für Deal-Lifecycle-Daten: Vertragslaufzeiten, Renewal-Logik, ARR/MRR-Tracking
  • Erstellung von Reports, Dashboards und Forecasts
  • Proaktive Identifikation von Prozesslücken und cross-funktionale Koordination
  • Operative und strategische Weiterentwicklung von Sales / Revenue Operations
PERSÖNLICHKEIT UND QUALIFIKATION
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Revenue Operations / Sales Operations, idealerweise im SaaS-Umfeld
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis von CRM-Systemen (HubSpot bevorzugt) und modernen Go-To-Market-Tech-Stacks
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit Automatisierungstools (z. B. Clay, Lusha, Zapier)
  • Erfahrung in Prozessoptimierung, Automatisierung, Datenanalyse, Reporting und Forecasting
  • Interesse an AI-gestützten Workflows und datengetriebener Lead-Generierung
  • Verständnis für SaaS-Metriken (ARR, MRR, Churn, NRR) und deren Auswirkungen auf Reporting und Controlling
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, analytisches Denken, Kommunikationsstärke

CHALLENGE AND PERSPECTIVE
As a Revenue Operations Manager, you are responsible for the continuous development and optimization of our go-to-market processes and systems. You ensure that tools, data, and processes work seamlessly together, creating the foundation for scalable growth.
  • End-to-end ownership of our CRM (HubSpot): structure, data quality, and automations
  • Optimization of processes across the entire revenue cycle (lead management, pipeline, renewals, upsell, forecasting)
  • Building and maintaining our revenue tech stack, including automation and enrichment tools
  • Ensuring clean data flows between CRM and Finance (invoicing, revenue recognition, controlling)
  • Ownership of deal lifecycle data: contract terms, renewal logic, ARR/MRR tracking
  • Creation of reports, dashboards, and forecasts
  • Proactive identification of process gaps and cross-functional coordination
  • Operational and strategic development of Sales / Revenue Operations
CHARACTER AND QUALIFICATION
  • Several years of experience in Revenue Operations / Sales Operations, ideally in a SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and modern go-to-market tech stacks
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Clay, Lusha, Zapier)
  • Experience in process optimization, automation, data analysis, reporting, and forecasting
  • Interest in AI-driven workflows and data-driven lead generation
  • Understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, Churn, NRR) and their impact on reporting and controlling
  • Structured way of working, strong analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills
