With a growing number of new customers, we are looking to build a high-performing task force within Customer Success focused on the creation and maintenance of document templates - and we're looking for you to join us!
- Creation and maintenance of document templates within our system
- Development and continuous improvement of modular template structures that serve as the foundation for automated document generation across our platforms
- Support in platform configurations for new and existing customers
- Careful translation of customer-specific requirements into standardized templates
- Contribution to the scaling of processes to efficiently handle larger volumes of new customers
- Close collaboration with Customer Success, Product, and, where applicable, Tech teams
