Wir sind ein schnell wachsendes LegalTech-Unternehmen in der Scale-up-Phase und digitalisieren die juristische Kommunikation unserer Kunden mit intelligenten, automatisierten Plattformlösungen.
Mit Blick auf eine steigende Anzahl an Neukunden möchten wir im Bereich Customer Success eine leistungsfähige Taskforce für die Erstellung und Pflege von Schreibens-Templates aufbauen – und dafür suchen wir dich!

Erstellung und Pflege von Schreibens-Templates in unserem System
Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Vorlagen im Baukastensystem, die als Basis für die automatisierte Schreibenserzeugungin unseren Plattformen dienen
Unterstützung bei Plattform-Konfigurationen für Neu- und Bestandskunden
Sorgfältige Umsetzung kundenspezifischer Anforderungen in standardisierte Templates
Mitarbeit beim Skalieren von Prozessen, um auch größere Volumina an Neukunden effizient bedienen zu können
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit CustomerSuccess, Produkt und ggf. Tech

PERSÖNLICHKEIT UND QUALIFIKATION

Laufendes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik,Medieninformatik, Digital Business o.ä.
Hohe technische Affinität und Spaß daran, dich in neue Systeme einzuarbeiten
Akribische, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
Ausgeprägtes Tüftler-Gen und Freude an logischen Zusammenhängen
Verständnis für Templates, Baukastensysteme oder regelbasierte Logiken von Vorteil
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Lust, in einem Scale-up mitzugestalten

CHALLENGE AND PERSPECTIVE

We are a fast-growing legal tech company in the scale-up phase, digitizing our customers' legal communication through intelligent, automated platform solutions.
With a growing number of new customers, we are looking to build a high-performing task force within Customer Success focused on the creation and maintenance of document templates - and we're looking for you to join us!

Creation and maintenance of document templates within our system
Development and continuous improvement of modular template structures that serve as the foundation for automated document generation across our platforms
Support in platform configurations for new and existing customers
Careful translation of customer-specific requirements into standardized templates
Contribution to the scaling of processes to efficiently handle larger volumes of new customers
Close collaboration with Customer Success, Product, and, where applicable, Tech teams

CHARACTER AND QUALIFICATION

Ongoing studies in computer science, business informatics, media informatics, digital business, or a related field
Strong technical affinity and enjoyment in familiarizing yourself with new systems
Meticulous, structured, and reliable way of working
A strong tinkerer mindset and enthusiasm for logical relationships
Understanding of templates, modular systems, or rule-based logic is a plus
Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
High level of initiative, sense of responsibility, and motivation to actively contribute in a scale-up environment
