Du bist die operative rechte Hand unserer Geschäftsführung – Sparringspartner, Möglichmacher und Kurshalter. Den Alltag zu orchestrieren, Struktur zu geben und Klarheit zu schaffen – das ist deine Mission. Was darüber hinaus wichtig ist? Das erkennst du sicher selbst!

Klar ist, dies ist keine klassische Assistenzrolle. Du bist Co-Pilot, Projektverantwortlicher, strategischer Impulsgeber und Gestalter. Du triffst Entscheidungen mit, gestaltest aktiv und bringst Themen voran – über die standard Unterstützung hinaus.

Deine To Do's:

Rückendeckung auf allen Ebenen geben, mitdenken und vorausschauen
Den Blick fürs Ganze behalten: organisieren, strukturieren, über den Tellerrand hinaus, Themen frühzeitig erkennen und den Kurs halten – klar, verlässlich, zukunftsorientiert

PERSÖNLICHKEIT UND QUALIFIKATION

Was Du mitbringst:

Etwa 5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in Dienstleistung, Beratung, Tech (gerne Start-Up oder Mittelstand) mit Abschluss in Wirtschaft, BWL oder Vergleichbares
Know-how im Projektmanagement, Change Management, Organisationsentwicklung, KI

Bodenständigkeit und Pragmatismus – lieber machen statt grübeln

CHALLENGE AND PERSPECTIVE

You are the operational right hand of our executive team - sparring partner, enabler, and course-setter. Orchestrating day-to-day operations, bringing structure, and creating clarity - that's your mission. What else matters? You'll know that instinctively.
Make no mistake: this is not a traditional assistant role. You are a co-pilot, project lead, strategic driver, and shaper. You make decisions, actively shape initiatives, and push topics forward - far beyond standard support.
Your key responsibilities:

Provide backing on all levels, think ahead, and anticipate needs
Keep an eye on the big picture: organize, structure, think beyond the obvious, identify topics early, and keep the team on course - with clarity, reliability, and a forward-looking mindset

CHARACTER AND QUALIFICATION

What you bring:

Around 5 years of relevant professional experience in services, consulting, or tech (start-up or mid-sized companies a plus), with a degree in business, economics, or a related field
Expertise in project management, change management, organizational development, and AI

How you operate:

Entrepreneurial mindset: you navigate confidently and actively shape the "game"
Down-to-earth and pragmatic - action-oriented rather than overthinking
Reliable, loyal, discreet, and accountable, with backbone and composure
Polished communication skills (EN/DE) and diplomatic presence
Strong numerical and analytical skills with a genuine understanding of AI and tech developments
Curious and courageous - flexible, adaptive, transformative, and open-minded
